Sean Astin on NBC's New York Live and other tidbits

Sean Astin appeared on New York Live yesterday, and sang the theme song to his mother's tv program, "The Patty Duke Show." :-D

The entertainment program "Extra" will be covering the opening of "And They're Off" on tomorrow's show. Find your local airtime here. Also, costar Kevin Nealon will appear on the Ellen Degeneres Show tomorrow.

The Louisville Voice-Tribune posted an article about Sean today:
He captured the heart of America as the lovable longshot, “Rudy,” and earned iconic status as the hobbit Samwise Gamgee in “Lord of the Rings,” but Sean Astin is also about to seize the affection of horse racing fans with his film “And They’re Off,” set to release Friday, Oct. 28.

    Oh my gosh!! We got a chance to hear Sean singing the theme to the Patty Duke Show. What fun! Once again, Sean looked like he was enjoying himself in the interview (surrounded by beautiful women) and the article was great! All good, Sean, all good.
