Sean Astin spent the last three days at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in LA working with Jeremy Snead on "Video Games: The Movie." VG:TM is a successful Kickstarter project to create a feature-length in-depth documentary about the video game industry and community. (Note: the fundraising campaign ends June 18.)

Excepts from Sean Astin's "Video Games: The Movie" interview

While filming "Mom's Night Out" in Birmingham AL last week, Sean took some time out to be interviewed for the Kickstarter project "Video Games: The Movie." Other interviewees for the documentary include Nolan Bushnell, Wil Wheaton, Zack Braff, Max Landis and more.

Sean has long been an ardent video gamer, and has just released his own online game "Run3rd the Game," which will be officially announced at E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) this week. (More on that later this week!)

Sean Astin has been interviewed for "Video Games: The Movie," a funded Kickstarter project to make the "first ever in depth feature length documentary about the video game industry & the culture it's created. Sean is a big fan of video games!
