LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 28, 2013) - positivePR -- Corey Feldman announced today that on Monday, July 1, his first music video, "Ascension Millennium" will premiere on MTV in advance of the release of his latest solo album scheduled for August. Featuring Feldman's Goonies co-star, Sean Astin, this marks the first time the two have worked on screen together in over 25 years.

The video was shot in real-time. Running four minutes and 20 seconds, it chronicles Feldman's "day in the life" journey through his world. "The trick to executing this," he explained, "was to shoot the entire video, from start to finish with no cuts and no edits. It is one live shot all the way through!"

Sean Astin runs the San Francisco Marathon

Sean Astin at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2013

Sean Astin spent the last three days at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in LA working with Jeremy Snead on "Video Games: The Movie." VG:TM is a successful Kickstarter project to create a feature-length in-depth documentary about the video game industry and community. (Note: the fundraising campaign ends June 18.)

Excepts from Sean Astin's "Video Games: The Movie" interview

While filming "Mom's Night Out" in Birmingham AL last week, Sean took some time out to be interviewed for the Kickstarter project "Video Games: The Movie." Other interviewees for the documentary include Nolan Bushnell, Wil Wheaton, Zack Braff, Max Landis and more.

Sean has long been an ardent video gamer, and has just released his own online game "Run3rd the Game," which will be officially announced at E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) this week. (More on that later this week!)
